Refund policy

Each 308tee is made to order just for you. Please carefully review your shirt style, color, size and design before placing your order. 

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed an in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Because our shirts are made to order, returns or exchanges for an incorrect size, color or design selected by the customer may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time production may have begun and the order cannot be canceled. 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
